Important Advisories for Guests Attending the One Direction Concert at AT&T Stadium on Sunday, August 24
Making sure that you have a safe and enjoyable time attending an event starts with some advance planning and a little preparation. Follow these guidelines before you head out to the AT&T Stadium for the One Direction concert on Sunday, August 24.

Plan for the heat. It is going to be 100°F on Sunday. Dress appropriately and be sure to drink plenty of water, avoid the direct sunlight and limit your time outside. Bring some bottled water with you in case you are standing in line waiting to get in. You will not be allowed to bring bottled water into the stadium, but you can have it while you are outside.

Arrive on time (but not too early). Parking lots open at 4:00pm. The stadium opens at 5:00pm. The concert starts at 7:00pm. All tickets are reserved seating, so there is no need to "beat the crowd." Arrive shortly after 5:00pm and you can limit the amount of time you are outside in the heat.

Check the AT&T Stadium web site. Visit the AT&T Stadium web site at and check for information about the event and standard stadium policies (like what you can and cannot bring into the stadium).

AT&T Stadium has a strict bag policy. AT&T Stadium restricts the type and size of bag/purse that can be brought into the venue. Don't be stuck at the entry with a bag that is not allowed into the stadium. For all the details on the AT&T Stadium bag policy, visit

Drop-Off and Pick-Up. We suggest that if you are dropping someone off, use the designated drop-off area on the west side of the stadium near the intersection of Collins Street (FM157) and Cowboys Way. The post-concert pick-up area is located in Lot 11 off Collins Street (FM157) and Cowboys Way. Free parking is available after 9:00pm.

Parent Room available. AT&T Stadium will have a designated space inside the stadium for adults who do not have a concert ticket who need a waiting area. The entrance to the Parent Room is through Entry B, located on the east side of the building through the AT&T Plaza. Space is limited and is on a first come/first served basis. Restrooms and concessions will be available in the Parent Room. Stadium bag policy applies to Parent Room guests.

Looking for assistance. If you need assistance while at AT&T Stadium, please text STAR followed by a space and your message to 69050. A stadium operator will be on duty and help will be on the way.
